What you will do

• Partner with business leaders across assigned APJ markets to understand objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
• Provide strategic and tactical HR guidance and support people strategy implementation.
• Advise on employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and development planning.
• Support organisational development and change initiatives while ensuring compliant transitions.
• Provide HR reporting and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Maintain consistent People Business Partner coverage across multiple markets and time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Business Partner across more than one APJ market.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and awareness of employment law variations across APJ.
• Business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and remote settings.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across markets and time zones.
• Experience guiding leaders and employees through organisational change.
