Evidence Strategy Lead (Real-World Evidence)

What you will do

• Lead the development of real-world evidence study strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to create competitive and operationally feasible solutions for client opportunities.
• Assess protocols and develop feasibility strategies, including site and country selection and patient recruitment planning.
• Plan study execution and support proposal development, bid defense meetings, and client presentations.
• Transition study strategies to project delivery teams and provide guidance throughout study execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence, feasibility, or drug development.
• Experience in at least one area: clinical project management, real-world evidence, feasibility, protocol development, or study strategy.
