Intern-Clinpath

Location: Onsite in SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China

hirify.global provides laboratory services, diagnostics, data, and technology supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical research, and drug development.

What you will do

• Work hands-on in a clinical pathology laboratory as part of a drug development team.
• Support pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory workflows involving blood, urine, pharmacology, DMPK, and toxicological samples.
• Perform quality control testing and learn instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Attend modules covering quality control management, pipetting skills, laboratory informatics, and assay applications.
• Complete a project assignment and present the results at the end of the training.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or Chemistry.
• At least 3 months of experience using computer and office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization, multitasking, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance laboratory environment.
• Final-year students expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred; students at all academic levels in relevant fields may apply.
