Onco Clinician (Oncology)

Location: Must be based in Shanghai or Beijing, China

What you will do

• Lead the design, conduct, and reporting of interventional clinical trials for oncology R&D.
• Develop clinical trial outlines, protocols, and amendments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide medical and scientific oversight to ensure study quality, subject safety, and data integrity.
• Act as a primary site liaison to facilitate investigator engagement, support recruitment, and maintain site relationships.
• Prepare clinical content for regulatory submissions (NDA, MAA, IND) and handle queries from regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and coach less experienced clinicians.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in oncology clinical trial design and conduct.
• Proven experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with drug regulatory agencies.
• Ability to provide scientific oversight and interpret efficacy and safety data.
• Must be located in or able to work from Shanghai or Beijing, China to support site liaison duties.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and internal/external clinical standards.
