Intern - Medical Technologist (Medical Testing)

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Learn instrument maintenance, installation, qualification, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Study assay principles, clinical significance, laboratory SOPs, and quality management systems.
• Support pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical sample-testing workflows.
• Help check and verify laboratory data, complete reporting tasks, and archive documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate individual workload with laboratory staff and complete a project presentation at the end of training.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Medical Testing Bachelor's degree program.
• Students pursuing relevant fields of study at any academic level may apply; final-year students graduating in July 2027 are preferred.
• At least three months of experience using computer and office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsibility, carefulness, patience, and earnestness.
