Customer Service Admin - DC Afternoons (SAP/WMS): Coordinating customer orders, carrier appointments, shipping documentation, and warehouse flows in a high-volume distribution environment with an accent on order allocation, transportation coordination, and inventory issue resolution. Focus on managing SAP and WMS data, resolving carrier and shipment exceptions, prioritizing rush orders, and supporting continuous improvement across distribution functions.
Location: Onsite in Old Fort, Ohio, USA. Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm.

What you will do
- Process order pick lists in SAP and allocate orders in the Warehouse Management System according to customer and carrier requirements.
- Coordinate carrier appointments, load assignments, rush orders, shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and daily order billing.
- Manage the customer service window and communicate with carriers, shipping office staff, warehouse personnel, planners, inventory control, and corporate customer service.
- Identify and document product substitutions, order cuts, inventory issues, transportation problems, and shipment exceptions.
- Maintain shipping records, run required reports, prioritize picking, and support inbound coordination using FourKites and other communication tools.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and promote safety across the distribution center.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 3 years of related experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education in a related discipline with 1 year of related experience.
- Clear verbal and written English communication is required.
- Strong computer skills, including SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of distribution operations, including equipment, materials, and workflow.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing schedules, and assist with lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or vocational certificate.
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
