What you will do
- Manage normal and secondary parts delivery flows to and from the final assembly line.
- Coordinate non-conformance material flows, including rework by on-site suppliers and the return of flying parts.
- Act as the interface for supplier coordination issues and represent the ACOPIF organization in operational meetings.
- Maintain reliable information flow between production, supply sources, engineering, quality, and operations.
- Coordinate supplier on-site support, assess liability, and analyze non-conformance liability for further investigation.
- Support supply chain improvements, local-for-local solutions, troubleshooting, and training of junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Professional experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate material flows and supplier-related issues across multiple functions.
- Ability to communicate with suppliers and supply officer organizations in Europe when required.
- Ability to follow and execute supply chain and logistics processes.
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, and responsible handling of operational risks.
