Manufacturing Technician, 2nd Shift (Additive Manufacturing)

Location: Mount Vernon, Ohio, United States. Onsite second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm.

Develops and produces aerospace-quality customer solutions through additive manufacturing.

What you will do

• Hand-finish PMMA, wax, SLA patterns, and ceramic cores according to procedures and specifications.
• Process PMMA patterns through depowdering, spraying, and dipping operations.
• Remove support wax, wash patterns, and complete other required finishing operations.
• Work with Quality on product issues, document rejected products, and place scrap on the designated rack.
• Record scrap quantities and production data in Epicor MES and complete job paperwork.
• Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and the department while cross-training across processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate dependable, reliable attendance.
• Basic shop tools and hand tools experience is helpful.
• Assembly or machine operator experience in a manufacturing operations environment is a plus.
• Ability to work the onsite second shift schedule from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday.
