Solutions Advisor - Work Transformation (Atlassian)

Location: Remote in the United States; up to 40% travel required.

What you will do

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Work Transformation Solutions Advisory function.
• Lead strategic pursuits, new-logo acquisition, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and executive-level value propositions.
• Advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on operating model, workforce, and ways-of-working transformations.
• Design scalable offerings across operating model transformation, workforce transformation, AI-enabled workflows, and the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, platform, AI, and engineering teams on go-to-market execution and sales-to-delivery handovers.
• Build and lead a high-performing advisory team while maintaining a 50% billable utilization target.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in technology or business consulting, with a focus on operating model, workforce, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in practice building, solution development, enterprise transformation, and revenue growth.
• Strong business development experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, product operating models, and organizational change management.
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and managing distributed, high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Familiarity with AI-driven transformation and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Master’s degree.
