DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement

What you will do

• Handle production incidents and perform post-mortem analysis to improve system stability.
• Design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka and Redis clusters in production.
• Manage AWS and Alicloud infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Partner with development teams to ensure seamless application and system deployments.
• Develop DevOps platforms, including online load testing and change management systems.
• Build AI-driven operational capabilities such as intelligent alert triage, root cause analysis, ChatOps, anomaly detection, and automated healing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Kafka and Redis operations experience in large-scale production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
• At least 3 years of AWS experience; experience with GCP, Azure, or Alicloud is a plus.
• Practical experience with AIOps systems and LLM-based DevOps automation, including tools such as Dify, Agno, or LangChain.
