TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure/Fintech): Designing and building cloud-native infrastructure, provisioning and deployment pipelines, and automation capabilities for Nasdaq's Eqlipse CSD platform with an accent on reliability, scalability, and developer experience. Focus on managing multi-stage cloud environments, optimizing infrastructure performance, and building Kubernetes-based distributed systems automation.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office
Salary: €4,000–€5,300 gross per month, plus applicable short-term incentives and equity

What you will do
- Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines for platform reliability and scalability.
- Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages for multiple clients.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve system performance.
- Automate manual processes to improve developer experience, efficiency, and team productivity.
- Collaborate in an agile, globally distributed engineering environment and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in agile, globally distributed teams.
- Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous team development.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Kafka and distributed systems architecture.
- Background or genuine interest in fintech, clearing, or regulated financial services.
