TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (Fintech): Designing and building cloud-native infrastructure and automation for the Eqlipse CSD platform with an accent on reliability and scalability. Focus on provisioning deployment pipelines, cloud account management, and automating manual processes to improve developer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (at least 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: 4,000 - 5,300 EUR gross

What you will do

• Design and develop provisioning and deployment pipelines to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
• Set up and manage cloud accounts and environments across development, QA, performance, and UAT stages.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure to enhance system performance.
• Automate manual processes to improve developer experience and team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
• Proficiency with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile, and globally distributed team.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka and distributed systems architecture.
• Interest or background in fintech, clearing, or regulated financial services.
