What you will do
- Prepare integration test scenarios for unreleased features and changes.
- Investigate and validate test scenarios through hands-on testing.
- Develop scripted Python tests and tools for RESTful API test execution.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve deficiencies in existing integration test scripts.
- Maintain integration test environments and test artifacts.
- Enhance the integration framework to improve automation and reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend QA engineering experience.
- Experience with full-cycle testing, including manual and automated test design, scripting, and execution.
- Strong UNIX/Linux experience.
- Scripting ability with Java, Python, Bash, or PHP.
- Experience testing backend APIs, databases, and distributed non-monolithic services.
- Ability to investigate both the symptoms and root causes of technical problems.
