Lead QA Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Define and implement the quality assurance strategy and roadmap across the organisation.
• Design comprehensive test strategies and assess the impact, scope, coverage, and effectiveness of testing issues.
• Architect scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI workflows and evaluate testing tools and technologies.
• Build reusable frameworks, dashboards, and AI agents to make quality increasingly self-serve for product teams.
• Provide technical leadership to QA engineers and collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years as a Senior QA Engineer, with a focus on test automation.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for complex software projects.
• Programming experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go, plus test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; cloud certification is expected as part of the background.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD, databases, SQL, and API testing with OpenAPI, Swagger, or gRPC.
