Manager, AI-Native Quality Engineering

Location: Remote within the United States; may be based in office locations in Denver, Colorado, Huntersville, North Carolina, Rosemont, Illinois, or Las Vegas, Nevada. Occasional travel to Las Vegas may be required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop quality engineers, automation engineers, and testers.
• Drive AI-powered automated testing across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end workflows.
• Evaluate AI tools and establish standards for test generation, maintenance, execution, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
• Improve automation frameworks, test reliability, coverage, maintainability, and alignment with product risk.
• Support release quality processes, including test readiness, defect review, regression status, risk assessment, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Define quality metrics, communicate quality health to leadership, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software QA, quality engineering, or test automation, including 2+ years of people management or team leadership.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling automated tests across API, UI, integration, and/or end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, agile delivery, and SaaS or product-based software environments.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and LLMs such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering, AI-output evaluation, and responsible AI use.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
