Location: Must be based in Denver, CO, with regular travel to Arvada and Brighton, CO
Compensation: $170,000–$205,000 + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units

What you will do
- Own end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Build and scale complex financial models to support the commercialization of modular AI factories.
- Act as a strategic financial partner to Manufacturing leadership, providing data-driven insights on operational decisions.
- Develop standard costing frameworks, manage inventory valuation, and monitor margin management.
- Design and improve financial processes to support the needs of a fast-growing organization.
- Translate operational drivers like production efficiency and uptime into P&L impacts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years supporting a business unit P&L.
- Strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with experience in driver-based models and sensitivity analysis.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle, SAP).
- Must be able to work onsite in Denver and travel to manufacturing sites in Arvada and Brighton.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
- Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environments.
