TL;DR
Scrum Master (AI/ML): Facilitating Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, and AI/ML teams building a secure platform for Federal data analysis and decision support with an accent on sprint execution, dependency coordination, and delivery governance. Focus on removing blockers, managing risks and technical dependencies, coaching teams on Scrum practices, and maintaining compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements.
Location: Bethesda, MD, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility.

What you will do
- Facilitate Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, and AI/ML teams.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Remove impediments, blockers, risks, and cross-team technical dependencies.
- Track and communicate delivery metrics, progress, risks, actions, issues, decisions, and commitments.
- Coordinate engineering, data, AI/ML, security, infrastructure, testing, and product stakeholders.
- Coach teams on Scrum, continuous improvement, estimation, capacity planning, and delivery best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, or AI/ML teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing risks, dependencies, delivery metrics, and documentation.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility required.
- Active Top Secret clearance highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with secure Federal, regulated, on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of Linux, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, .NET, Jenkins, Kubernetes/Rancher, and AI/ML technologies.
- Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification.
