Crypto Operations Intern

Location: New York, NY office; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $33 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management.
• Handle complex customer escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with product teams on fixes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Help design and improve internal tools by testing workflows and collaborating with Engineering.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and documenting processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to different audiences.
• Operational, product-oriented, and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products.
