Solutions Architect, Creditors Rights (Remote)

Location: Remote - United States; ability to travel onsite to client locations as needed.

Salary: $135,000-$175,000 annually, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Partner with Creditors Rights sales teams on discovery, demonstrations, RFPs, proposals, and expansion opportunities.
• Design service-of-process, e-filing, data-exchange, pricing, SLA, and operational solutions for collections law firms, debt buyers, and creditor legal departments.
• Manage implementations from requirements gathering and data mapping through integration setup, pilot, QA, go-live, and handoff.
• Coordinate Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and third-party vendors while maintaining implementation timelines.
• Guide bulk data exchange and integrations involving APIs, batch imports, file specifications, return-data formats, and reporting requirements.
• Define implementation success criteria, monitor stabilization, and contribute product roadmap requirements for the Creditors Rights segment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions consulting, implementation leadership, or a similar client-facing role.
• Direct experience in creditors' rights or collections, such as work with a collections law firm, debt buyer, creditor, legal process vendor, or collections technology provider.
• Working knowledge of high-volume collections litigation workflows, including filing, service, judgment, and post-judgment enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with data integrations and file-based data exchange, including reading API documentation and file specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
• Ability to travel onsite to client locations as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with collections case management systems such as Clio or Filevine.
• Experience with service of process, e-filing, court-services vendors, compliance and audit requirements, or two-sided marketplaces.
