Solutions Architect (AI/ML)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $81,000–$106,000 base pay per year; $97,300–$127,000 OTE range

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and migration of clients’ email and marketing strategies to an AI/ML-based platform.
• Scope, design, and implement custom solutions, integrations, and workflows with clients and internal teams.
• Parse, manipulate, and format data feeds for near-term and long-term initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve complex integration issues while evaluating impacts across clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Advise on Studio, Da Vinci, applied AI use cases, product improvements, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, technical account management, or consulting.
• Experience with enterprise email or mobile service providers and interconnected marketing technology systems.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, data architectures, APIs, and web services.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based large data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, consulting, and project management skills.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in email and digital marketing, including experience managing AI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or API and webhook integrations.
• Previous experience in the marketing technology sector.
