Solutions Architect - West (Public Sector)

Salary: $103,650–$197,550 USD per year; sales roles may also receive incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of base salary.

What you will do

• Advise U.S. government customers on how hirify.global Enterprise Edition and the DevSecOps platform can support business and mission outcomes.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including tailored demonstrations, presentations, workshops, proofs of concept, and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to shape account strategies, proposals, tenders, audits, and customer success plans.
• Guide customers from initial technical discussions through evaluation, validation, deployment, and adoption.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and communicate customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Run Value Stream Assessments and create reusable technical examples and assets for customers and partners.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or information technology, ideally with U.S. public-sector or federal customers.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global and modern software development and operations practices, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with measurable business or mission outcomes and advise senior stakeholders on tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including leading customer meetings, demonstrations, and value-focused conversations.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.
