Software Engineer, Agentic AI

Location: Brazil - Remote

Annual salary: R$ 249,000–R$ 409,000 BRL, depending on level and location-based pay tier.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems, data-processing pipelines, and ML-powered tools.
• Design, deploy, and operate production machine learning systems and AI applications.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to integrate AI technologies.
• Work directly with clients on use case discovery, product development, and AI deployments.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to develop new AI tools and improve platform performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on ML engineering and deploying models in production.
• Strong full-stack development experience, particularly with backend systems supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Strong Python skills and expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and ML model development.
• Experience designing scalable ML systems, including RAG pipelines and production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to write organized code and automated unit and end-to-end tests, work with SQL and NoSQL persistence, and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in unstructured environments and independently investigating complex technical problems.
