TL;DR
BIM Manager (Healthcare) (Revit/ISO 19650): Leading BIM and information management for large-scale multidisciplinary healthcare projects with an accent on BIM execution planning, model coordination, QA/QC, and digital handover. Focus on federating complex architectural and MEP models, resolving high-density specialist-system clashes, governing CDE workflows, and delivering compliant asset information.

What you will do
- Lead the project BIM and digital information management strategy, including BIM Execution Plans, information delivery requirements, standards, workflows, and reporting.
- Coordinate federated models across architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, medical equipment, specialist systems, and infrastructure.
- Establish clash detection, issue-management, model review, and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
- Implement BIM model QA/QC, audits, compliance checks, CDE governance, and document-control workflows.
- Support design development, construction coordination, constructability reviews, RFIs, 4D/5D BIM uses, and digital engineering.
- Coordinate asset information, as-built models, COBie requirements, digital handover, dashboards, automation, and BIM team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant AEC/BIM experience and experience as a BIM Manager, Information Manager, Digital Delivery Manager, BIM Lead, or senior BIM coordinator.
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary projects; GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, model federation, clash detection, CDE workflows, BIM QA/QC, ISO 19650, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, and LOD/LOI requirements.
- Healthcare or hospital BIM experience is highly preferable, including high-density MEP coordination and specialist-system interfaces.
Nice to have
- BIM Management or Information Management qualification or professional certification.
- Experience with HVAC and specialist ventilation, medical gases, medical equipment interfaces, nurse call systems, operating theatres, plant rooms, and healthcare asset handover.
- Experience with Power BI, Dynamo, Python, Power Automate, APIs, 4D sequencing, or 5D quantity and cost integration.
