Duck Creek Insights QA Lead (Insurance Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Duck Creek Insights, reporting, and insurance analytics projects.
• Define QA strategies, test plans, scenarios, execution processes, and quality governance.
• Validate data movement across source systems, ETL processes, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Perform data reconciliation and verify data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Test reports, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and Power BI analytics solutions.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, release validation, and QA team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Strong experience testing Duck Creek Insights/Data Insights or comparable Guidewire analytics, DataHub, InfoCenter, or reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL, database testing, ETL validation, and data warehouse testing skills.
• Experience with defect management and Agile testing methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Power BI testing experience.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, or Duck Creek Data Warehouse.
• Experience with SSRS, Tableau, or other business intelligence reporting tools.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
