Sr. Strategy Manager (Apparel)

Salary: $148,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design the annual strategic planning process and establish key leadership touchpoints.
• Build a five-year customer model, size growth levers, and develop strategies to drive impact.
• Create an enterprise planning framework to prioritize imperatives and track quarterly results.
• Partner with product and channel leaders to develop strategies and measure learnings and impact.
• Develop consumer, competitive, and financial insights for strategic situational assessments and quarterly business reviews.
• Build price elasticity models for different pricing outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting experience or 5+ years in in-house corporate strategy.
• Understanding of retail, apparel, and direct-to-consumer business models.
• Experience with consumer and customer research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, research, presentation, and creative skills.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience, with strong understanding of AI for work efficiency.
