Manager of Enterprise Safety & Security

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $70,696–$127,957 per year

What you will do

• Support field operations for Enterprise Safety & Security, including security assessments, investigations, and onsite security reviews.
• Conduct residential security assessments and visits to hirify.global and institutional campuses.
• Provide security support for company and institutional events, including event security planning.
• Support campus expansion by reviewing campus security system designs.
• Maintain campus risk, emergency response readiness, business continuity readiness, and enterprise security maturity dashboards.
• Support crisis response, the Incident Commander program, security training, policy implementation, and compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act.

Requirements

• Five or more years of professional security experience required.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience with physical security assessments, educational or hospital environments, or international security is preferred.
• Effective English communication at a 5/5 level is required.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, project management, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Protection Professional certification accredited by the American Society for Industrial Security.
• Experience in educational or hospital environments.
• International security experience.
• NIMS/ICS operational understanding.
