Regional Partner Technical Success Architect (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; travel up to 30% to visit partner delivery teams and support on-site project discovery.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Guide North American partner delivery teams in applying hirify.global architectural and engineering standards.
• Review complex enterprise application designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor partner technical leads, solution architects, and developers.
• Collaborate with partner leads, Customer Success, and Technical Support to resolve architecture and performance challenges.
• Create reusable design patterns, integration blueprints, fixes, and assets that support hirify.global’s AI tooling.
• Contribute to technical forums, training, certification materials, and evaluation of repeatable channel solution architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise software architecture experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale systems.
• Deep proficiency in database design, API integrations, security frameworks, performance tuning, and cloud deployment models.
• Experience working with GSIs, regional systems integrators, and enterprise delivery teams across North America.
• Experience conducting architecture and code reviews and establishing scalable engineering practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Senior or Lead hirify.global Certification.
• Experience defining commercially robust and repeatable architecture patterns with Product Engineering and Customer Success.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
