NetSuite Functional Analyst (NetSuite)

Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid working with a mix of home and office work. Successful candidates must have full-time Australian working rights.

What you will do

• Deliver NetSuite implementations by translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and configure NetSuite modules supporting finance, operations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors on cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate the rollout of enhancements into the production environment.
• Document processes and provide training to end users and team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, particularly finance, accounting, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with global, multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments; multi-currency and intercompany experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and SuiteScript APIs.
• Understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Operations processes.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Oracle EPM, Salesforce, Celigo, or integrator.io.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Multi-currency or intercompany NetSuite experience.
