Senior SAP EAM and PP Consultant | Plant Maintenance | Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid in Perth, Australia, with the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand; occasional travel within Australia and New Zealand is required.

What you will do

• Lead SAP EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP EAM solutions for maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Build client relationships, provide trusted advice, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of SAP EAM functional consulting experience.
• Experience delivering SAP EAM projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong SAP EAM configuration and business process knowledge, including maintenance and asset management.
• Experience facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Australia and New Zealand.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and Joule.
