System Integration Engineer - ATM (Air Traffic Management)

What you will do

• Map customer requirements to system solutions based on the Air Traffic Management product portfolio.
• Analyse requirements and contribute to system design, verification, and validation.
• Develop interface specifications, system design documents, acceptance-test documents, and parameterisation descriptions.
• Deploy, configure, integrate, and test ATM system software and site-specific parameterisation in factory and customer environments.
• Coordinate with product developers, internal project and support teams, and customers to deliver integrations and resolve defects.
• Support customer validation and manage integration activities within cost, time, quality, safety, and environmental constraints.

Requirements

• Degree in software engineering or computer science with recent software experience.
• At least 3 years of Air Traffic Management experience, including system integration.
• Knowledge of networks, network security, XML, Linux, virtualisation technologies, and software testing and validation.
• Understanding of requirements management, system design, integration, testing, validation, and high-level requirements derivation.
• Strong technical writing, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline level. Eligibility for chartered engineering status and state engineering registration in Queensland or Victoria is required.

• Experience in the Air Traffic Management domain.
