Claims Service Specialist (Auto Claims)

Location: Poway, California. Complete in-office training, followed by a hybrid schedule with 80% on-site and 20% off-site work.

Salary: Starting at $24.32/hour ($49,004.80 annually); stated salary range of $22.90–$35.10 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage incoming customer calls and collect accident facts.
• Investigate claim details and gather statements from involved parties.
• Guide policyholders through coverage and claims steps.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.
• Help customers return safely to the road.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing claims experience and high-volume call center experience with KPIs are preferred.
• An active adjuster license is preferred; training and exam fees are provided.
