What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and release analysis and simulation tools for flight dynamics, controls, and GNC teams.
• Automate the generation, testing, and deployment of MATLAB/Simulink models and analysis code across desktop, HIL, and flight targets.
• Architect CI/CD workflows, regression testing, verification tooling, and test-vector generation for models and data pipelines.
• Build HPC infrastructure and Slurm-based workflows for large-scale 6DOF Monte Carlo simulations and batch regression testing.
• Manage data dictionaries, schema-enforced databases, signal mappings, ICDs, and interfaces between virtual vehicle simulations and downstream platforms.
• Develop C/C++ integrations and contribute to vehicle simulation, state-space modeling, GNC integration, and physics tooling.

Requirements

• BS in aerospace, mechanical, electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GNC, flight dynamics, controls, 6DOF or multi-body vehicle dynamics, and state-space modeling.
• Expert proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and C/C++, plus strong experience with Simulink and model-based design.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for MATLAB/Simulink toolchains.
• Experience with Linux, Slurm, MATLAB Parallel Computing Toolbox, and HPC-based simulation.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills, including the ability to use modern LLMs and AI-based coding tools.

Nice to have

• GNC or vehicle simulation development and verification experience, including eVTOL or rotorcraft systems.
• Experience with Simulink Coder, Embedded Coder, HIL systems, or flight-test data tooling.
• Familiarity with DO-331, DO-178C, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, or Confluence.
