Sr. Analyst Business & Commercial Strategy – PEM (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany

Salary: EUR 68,720–81,605 gross annual salary, plus a target bonus of 7.5% of base salary

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of strategic and commercial initiatives across the Pan-European Markets region.
• Coordinate strategic projects, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities across countries and functions.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, briefing materials, business plans, and commercial review materials.
• Analyze market, customer, consumer, competitor, and commercial performance data to develop recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and executive forums across PEM countries and functions.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation for analysis, research, presentations, project management, and decision support while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, business insights, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience with strategic analysis, project management, cross-functional initiatives, and multi-market or international environments.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including executive presentation development and detailed business analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, organization, discretion, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Confident use of AI-enabled tools, including responsible validation of outputs and protection of confidential data.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification in business, finance, management, economics, or a related discipline.
