Digital Business Analyst - Master Data (SAP)

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany; office-based in City Nord

Airbus develops aircraft, digital solutions, and customer services, with this role supporting the Airbus Customer Services and Material Management organizations.

What you will do

• Manage SAP master data topics across department projects, handle change requests, and provide expertise to the Run team.
• Support a major business transformation project involving migration to SAP S/4 and the definition of future master data structures and processes.
• Analyze business needs related to master data and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Customize relevant SAP modules and promote standard solutions across the business.
• Organize gap-analysis cycles and lead decisions based on business value and Airbus ERP strategy.
• Manage activities required to build and deploy IT solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Master Data Management and SAP module customization.
• Expertise in one or more of SAP SD, MM, PP, or WM for customer-services activities.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, sales, and service business processes.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to guide business needs toward standard functions.
• Negotiation-level English is required.
• Delivery-oriented, customer-focused, innovative, autonomous, and effective in collaborative work.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4 and SAP MDG.
• French and/or German language skills.
