What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute accelerated life testing, environmental testing, characterization, and product qualification activities.
• Perform IC-level failure analysis and troubleshoot reliability test hardware to identify root causes of failures.
• Characterize high-voltage GaN HEMT device reliability using highly accelerated stress tests.
• Develop lifetime models for application-specific profiles and use acceleration models to predict field reliability.
• Lead engineering teams in developing accelerated reliability test methodologies and improving GaN HEMT device reliability.
• Coordinate qualification projects, technical support staff, and cross-functional engineering activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of reliability engineering experience in semiconductor products, preferably analog or mixed-signal devices.
• In-depth knowledge of high-voltage GaN HEMT devices, process technology, semiconductor fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Expertise in reliability engineering, device physics, electronic circuits, and product, package, and technology reliability improvement.
• Experience designing and evaluating reliability test hardware for dynamic life testing and reliability testing.
• Expertise in bench testing, fault isolation, and failure analysis of silicon-based and GaN-based IC devices.
• B.S. degree in electrical engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical discipline; advanced degrees are considered an advantage.

• Management experience.
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire, ReliaSoft, MATLAB, JMP, or similar data analysis software.
