Senior QA / Functional Tester (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Argentina, primarily remote with occasional on-site activities in Buenos Aires (CABA) when required

What you will do

• Analyze requirements, identify testable functionality, and plan and prioritize testing activities.
• Design and document test plans, test cases, test matrices, environments, and data sets.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, technical, and backend tests.
• Identify, document, track, and analyze defects and incidents across environments.
• Generate testing evidence, support users during UAT, and provide functional Level 2 support.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate production releases, improve quality, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in functional testing and software quality assurance.
• Experience designing, documenting, and executing test cases and analyzing requirements.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, regression, backend, and technical testing.
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server; experience testing web services and APIs with Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with defect tracking, Jira, Mantis or Trello, Git or Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, digital channels, web portals, or banking applications.
• Knowledge of UML and Teslink or similar test management tools.
• ISTQB Foundation certification or training.
• Experience supporting UAT, production releases, post-release support, and functional Level 2 support.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services.
