What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation architectures and frameworks.
- Define and execute automated testing strategies for web applications and REST APIs.
- Build regression and performance testing strategies using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Karate, and Gatling.
- Implement BDD practices and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps environments.
- Apply quality engineering practices to LLMs, AI Agents, and agentic workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and continuously improve automation coverage and quality practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong experience with test automation architecture, automation strategies, API testing, and web testing.
- Experience with BDD, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Programming experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages, plus REST APIs and Git.
- Advanced English and remote availability from one of the listed South American countries.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI Agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context engineering, tool calling, or AI orchestration.
- Experience with specification-driven development, AI-assisted code generation, or validation of AI-generated outputs.
