Senior Technical Manager, SAP BDC Architect

Salary: $163,200–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for corporate incentive bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead the data strategy and modernization roadmap using SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Design and implement SAP BDC solutions and integrations across SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Define dimensional models, data fabric architecture, governance, security, data quality, and data tiering strategies.
• Build remote tables, views, and semantic analytic models in SAP Datasphere.
• Translate business requirements into SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, reporting, and planning solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines with SQL scripting, CDS views, query tuning, and Agile technical delivery while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and data modeling, or a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with relevant SAP enterprise data and architecture experience.
• Expert-level SAP Business Data Cloud knowledge and experience developing data and AI strategies.
• Hands-on experience designing data models and scalable data pipelines for modern cloud data architectures.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Relevant skills: SAP BDC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, HANA Cloud, and data modeling.
