Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Notetaker)

Location: Remote - US; candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States. hirify.global does not provide immigration sponsorship. Employment is not available in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia.

Annual base salary: $187,000–$226,600 for Tier 3, $205,700–$249,260 for Tier 2, or $224,400–$271,920 for Tier 1, depending on location and other factors.

hirify.global provides scheduling software used by millions of people and is expanding its AI Notetaker and meeting recap products.

What you will do

• Build new features for the AI Notetaker and expand support for additional user types.
• Design and support core product features and service-oriented architecture.
• Contribute to platform scaling initiatives and improve delivery tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering squads to refine requirements and engineering practices.
• Review implementation plans and pull requests, and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Mentor and coach other team members while participating in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Professional experience with Node and TypeScript; experience with React or a comparable UI framework.
• Hands-on experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and significant product-scaling initiatives.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, including discovery, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Cursor, with the ability to understand and defend generated code.
• Availability for on-call rotation and authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

• Professional experience with Node.
