Senior Frontend/Fullstack Engineer (React/AI)

Location: Fully remote across Europe

What you will do

• Build and evolve React interfaces for AI agent products, including conversation and prompt engineering tools, graph-based collaborative flow builders, agent configuration and testing interfaces, and call analytics dashboards.
• Own and develop the NestJS BFF layer, aggregating REST microservices through typed OpenAPI-generated clients.
• Implement authentication, pagination, streaming, error contracts, and thin frontend boundaries; contribute to backend work with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Drive the frontend component ecosystem by consolidating legacy Ant Design components into a Mantine-based design system and maintaining the shared UI library and Storybook.
• Ensure product quality with Vitest unit and component tests, Playwright end-to-end tests, and critical user-flow and SDK testing.
• Collaborate on API contracts, SDK protocols, code reviews, documentation, bug fixes, QA support, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional frontend or full-stack product development experience, including 5+ years of React in production.
• Strong senior-level TypeScript expertise, including strict mode, React 19, Vite, and monorepos.
• 2+ years of server-side Node.js development and hands-on BFF or API gateway experience in microservice environments.
• Experience building complex stateful interfaces with patterns such as undo/redo, optimistic updates, and conflict handling.
• Experience with frontend architecture, component organization, React Query, Socket.io, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools and experience with Vitest and Playwright testing workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining shared component libraries or migrating legacy interfaces to a new design system.
• Experience with Yjs, Automerge, operational transforms, WebRTC, or SIP in the browser.
• Experience with PostgreSQL query optimization, Kysely, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenTelemetry, or Prometheus.
• Domain experience in voice AI, telephony, contact centers, conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
