Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

Location: Remote, office-based, or hybrid work formats are available.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end across Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontend functionality.
• Design and develop high-load, distributed, event-driven production systems.
• Build backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, frontend features, and external provider integrations.
• Use AI coding agents in daily development, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result.
• Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and improvements to AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong senior-level fundamentals.
• 4 years of hands-on production experience with Go.
• Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript and comfort working across the full stack.
• Experience with high-load and distributed production systems, including production services and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot beyond simple autocomplete.
• Strong engineering judgment, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.

Nice to have

• CPaaS, CCaaS, telecom, contact-centre routing, ACD, or omnichannel messaging experience.
• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, CPaaS APIs, GraphQL federation, or API gateways.
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and database operations experience.
• LLM-based internal tooling, evaluations, automation, or open-source contributions in Go.
