Senior Product Manager - Asphalt Legends (F2P Racing Games): Scaling the revenue strategy and live operations of a global racing game with an accent on monetization, player engagement, and long-term sustainability. Focus on designing monetization systems, optimizing events and offers through data analysis and A/B testing, and forecasting KPIs for major business decisions.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with flexible work-from-home options and 1 month of remote work.

What you will do
- Define the long-term product roadmap with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Drive live operations focused on player engagement, monetization, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Own the lifecycle of new monetization systems from concept and launch through post-launch optimization.
- Lead A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting to support business decisions.
- Mentor junior product managers and promote a culture of product excellence.
- Represent Asphalt Legends as the primary business voice to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in free-to-play games for mobile, PC, or console.
- Demonstrated impact on monetization and retention for high-profile live game titles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with advanced analytics tools.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for communicating strategies to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience in other markets, team management, game design, behavioral economics, racing games, or cross-platform games.
