Program Specialist II (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote within Arizona; candidates must reside in Arizona. Travel may be required for provider outreach, training, collaboration, and community or state meetings.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement programs, project plans, work plans, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate program development with providers and internal organizations.
• Create provider and internal training modules and support outreach activities.
• Define, track, analyze, and present outcome measures for assigned populations.
• Lead cross-departmental teams and develop solutions for population-specific treatment issues.
• Represent the organization at relevant community and state meetings and identify funding opportunities.

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or master’s degree in a healthcare-related field; for Arizona, a master’s degree or higher is required.
• At least 3 years of behavioral or physical health experience.
• Experience in adult behavioral health, provider engagement, stakeholder facilitation, and relationship management is highly preferred.
• RN, LPC, LCSW, LMAFT, LISAC, or another listed relevant state or compact license is preferred.
