Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Thomasville, Alabama, United States; onsite. Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead meetings, align employees with branch goals, and motivate strong performance.
• Train and coach employees on branch operations, compliance, collections, and customer service.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Recruit and develop a diverse team while providing actionable feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Work with peers and management to resolve issues and adapt to operational challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and team management.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within six months of the start date where required.
• Availability for onsite work during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Experience with underwriting, credit decisions, or the financial services industry.
