Manager, Treasury Consultant – Global Treasury Practice (Treasury Technology)

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, testing, and optimization.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and technology solutions.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, prepare functional and technical specifications, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, risk management, governance, and controls initiatives.
• Manage project workstreams, contribute to business development, maintain client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems or related platforms such as Kyriba, FIS, Trovata, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, or Reval.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership, treasury teams, finance organizations, technical stakeholders, and clients.
• Entry-level candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible; F-1 visa holders are excluded from entry-level hiring.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing treasury technology platforms, with relevant technology certifications.
• Corporate treasury experience in multinational organizations or experience in banking, financial institutions, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other financial services.
• Knowledge of bank connectivity, SWIFT, treasury accounting, debt management, investments, regulatory requirements, and treasury controls.
• Consulting, professional services, client-facing delivery, workshop facilitation, or executive presentation experience.
