What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships, account administration, operational activities, and risk controls.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners to resolve issues and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Structure and close transactions, execute cash flows, manage fee billing, prepare reporting, and monitor receivables.
• Participate in client and sales meetings, prepare fee proposals, and develop opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Support product development, policy improvements, control-environment enhancements, and strategic departmental projects.
• Direct, supervise, and mentor Relationship Managers and Client Administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years in the relevant client service area.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic-thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work-leadership experience.
• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
