Salary: $84,149.19–$105,186.49 per year, depending on experience and before eligible incentives

What you will do

• Configure, troubleshoot, install, maintain, and upgrade enterprise, lending, core financial, and third-party applications.
• Provide second-level technical support and act as an escalation point for the Service Desk and Technical Support teams.
• Monitor system activity, perform application audits and performance tuning, and resolve application, database, and end-user issues.
• Configure, test, and implement application enhancements, system releases, integrations, and upgrades with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain application architecture, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, and operational procedures.
• Support disaster recovery testing, recurring processing, system security, access management, and compliance with data protection requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–10 years of related experience in information systems, database management, application engineering or administration, business administration, or financial institutions.
• Experience with Fiserv/FIS core products, including DNA, Zelle, or Prologue; automation tools such as Automic; lending applications; enterprise applications; and ATM support.
• Knowledge of operating systems, application servers, databases, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office applications.
• At least two computer industry certifications are required, such as A+, Microsoft Server, OnBase, SQL, ITIL, ServiceNow/Remedy, or another related application certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, innovation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
