Air Export Agent (Logistics)

Location: 1-7-6 Shiba-Koen, Minato-ku, Japan

Salary: JPY 200,000–420,000 per month, plus five bonus payments per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely air export freight processes.
• Enter shipment data accurately into operational systems and use daily workflows.
• Track and trace air export files, prepare reports, and communicate arrival notices.
• Arrange international shipments with customers and provide customer service by email and telephone.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers while maintaining accurate billing.
• Maintain compliance, customer procedures, KPI standards, and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and business-proficient Japanese are required for customer communication, email correspondence, and telephone support.
• Understanding of air documentation processes is advantageous.
