Air Import Agent

Location: 9675 S 54th St suite 1, Franklin, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: USD 25–30 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely air import freight processes and deliveries.
• Enter shipment data accurately into the operating system and use daily workflow processes.
• Track and trace air import files and ensure documentation reaches customers and customs brokers on time.
• Arrange international shipments, respond to customer requests, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers.
• Manage billing, follow operating procedures and regulations, and meet department KPIs.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to maintain accurate, timely work.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of air documentation processes is preferred.
