Product Manager - Marketing (Fintech)

Location: Remote from any location; convenient office available in downtown Chicago, United States.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the marketing product roadmap.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives across web, front-end, and customer-facing products.
• Define and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and project status.
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Improve team workflows and operational processes to increase execution speed and quality.
• Support the resolution of marketing system outages and technical escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience focused on marketing technology, front-end products, or customer-facing digital experiences.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial products and fintech regulatory requirements is beneficial but not required.
