Customer Experience Representative (Fintech)

Location: St. Petersburg, Florida office; in-person collaboration required

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Resolve inbound client inquiries by phone and in writing, owning trading-related issues from start to finish.
• Support questions involving order execution, profit and loss, margin buying power, options trades, advanced strategies, and trade disputes.
• Handle account access, banking, and platform functionality inquiries.
• Explain resolutions and the trading mechanics behind them clearly.
• Manage escalated and time-sensitive cases while balancing client outcomes with regulatory, compliance, and firm requirements.
• Help train and refine AI tools used by agents and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active FINRA Series 63 or Series 66 license, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
• At least 3 years of client-facing financial services experience, including at least 1 year at a retail brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of equities, options, margin trading, applicable regulations, tax reporting, cost basis, and retirement account rules.
• Ability to correctly answer advanced trading questions during every interview round.
